Nuby Tickle Toes Lion Review

As most of you know, i was chosen to be a Nuby Mommy Blogger! I'm so excited to be apart of such a wonderful program and also to be able to share some really awesome Nuby products with you guys!

We recently celebrated my daughter's 1st birthday, and we gave her the Nuby Tickle Toes Lion as a gift! The Tickle Toes are plush animals who giggle when you tickle their feet, or toes rather. As soon as my daughter heard the first giggle, she couldn't help but follow suit. Watching her play with her Nuby Tickle Toes Lion is adorable, I can't help but laugh too!

Not only is it super cute, but its soo soft! I really love that it does not have the plastic eyes, which are notorious with plush animals. I know when my daughter is playing with the Tickle Toes Lion, she is 100% safe. Nothing that can fall off and cause her to choke, nothing hard that she could get hurt on and it makes her giggle! The Nuby Tickle Toes are really the perfect toy! Other than the lion, Tickle Toes come as a dog, a frog, a hippo, a rabbit, a turtle, a bear, a monkey & a duck so your child can tickle their favorite animal! Check them out on the website and pick one out!

*Disclosure: As a Nuby Mommy Blogger, I received this product free of cost for my honest review. This did not influence my review and I received no other compensation.

Scarlets Naturals Review & Giveaway!!

I love all natural products. My kids have really sensitive skin so I'm always on the prowl for new all natural stuff for my babies. I heard that Scarlets Naturals was looking for some product testers, so i jumped on the chance! First, a little background about the company,

"After the birth of our little girl we made the decision for me to stay at home. My profession has always been teaching and I loved my career. I have a Masters in Special Education and Rehabilitation, and I have a true passion for children. My husband and I knew we always wanted a family but having one became a struggle for us. After years of trying, we were finally blessed with a beautiful little girl, Scarlet. When she was only a few months old, we noticed that she was highly sensitive to commercial baby items including diapers. We decided that if we made our own products we could control what went next to her skin, and keep her from getting rashes and burns. Scarlet’s Naturals began in our kitchen. As our products began working for us, I started sharing them with friends. As word spread, the demands for Scarlet’s Naturals grew. We have loved watching these products grow and are thrilled with the response we have gotten to them. We love being able to share them with so many families."

I was sent 4 products to try, The Hiney Honey Quick Stick, Cold and Chest Comfort Balm, Scarlet's Lip Honey, and Scarlet's Honey Lotion.

The day that i got my package in the mail i had just been told my daughter had RSV, which is a respiratory virus for those who don't know. She was really congested and just downright unhappy! I immediately applied the Cold and Chest Comfort balm, and about 20 minutes later she was already feeling better! I was amazed, but i thought it might of been the medicine i had just given her. Well after a second application (with no medicine beforehand!) and the same outcome, i was convinced! The Cold and Chest Comfort Balm works wonders!! I've used it so many times now, even on myself, that i don't know what i would do without it!

Next i tried out Scarlet's Lip Honey. My lips have taken a beating this winter, they look like railroad tracks even! I have every chapstick type product known to man, and they all work for the first 2 minutes and then i feel the need to apply it again. Scarlet's Lip Honey has proved me wrong. Not only does it have a wonderful smell, but it actually works. I even tested it by eating and drinking trying to see if it would wear off, but my lips were still soft! I even feel comfortable putting it on my kids, which says alot!

My daughter never really gets diaper rash, but we all know with sickness comes diaper rash. After she kicked the RSV, we had a round of Flu go through our family, so diaper rash was out of control at this point! We've been using the Hiney Honey Quick Stick for about a week straight now, and i am impressed. First off, i love that its in stick form, meaning i don't have to get get it all over my hands. Second, it goes on clear, so none of that white messy goop to get on everything within a 2 foot radius of the changing station. Third, its cloth diaper safe. I don't use cloth diapers, but i know that if i get it on her clothes(or mine) that it will wash off without leaving a stain!

I'm not a big lotion person, so i was kind of skeptical of using Scarlet's Honey Lotion. I don't like the greasy feeling that lotion leaves, and since my kids have sensitive skin, i don't normally use lotion on them. I'm happy to say that Scarlet's Honey Lotion does not leave a greasy feeling! Also, because everything at Scarlet's Naturals, is All Natural, i happily applied it on my kids! It made my skin really soft and it smells yummy too!

If your in the market for some all natural skin care products, i highly suggest Scarlet's Naturals! And because the folks there are so nice, they giving my fans the chance to win some Scarlet's Naturals!
